Marcus Moore, who was a stalwart reporter and fill-in anchor at KMBC for six years before moving to WFAA in Dallas last December, is reporting on a story that is going viral featuring a plane crashing into an SUV.
A small plane on approach to a Texas airport collided with an SUV that ran a stop sign and veered onto its path Saturday afternoon. The wife of the student pilot flying the plan was shooting video (below) of his approach – his first solo landing.
As the airplane approaches the runway threshold, a black SUV runs a stop sign and stops in front of the plane. The plane’s landing gear was sheared off on impact, and the 55-year-old pilot was unhurt when his plane skidded to a stop.

BUSH’S FAULT?
Since this happened in Texas, it’s just got to be Bush’s fault. Hey, work with me here. At any rate, please remind me not to ever fly with this pilot or ride with this driver.
Rule #1:
never park your SUV near a runway..
EVERYONE LEAVES KC
Well EVERYONE leaves KC, it is a horrible news market to report in and with stations like KCTV run so poorly, well what can one say ???
