 Joy Wheeler, president and CEO of FirstGuard Health Plan (center) was the recipient of the prestigious "2005 Women in Business Champion" award recently during special ceremonies in Washington, D.C.

   The national award given by the Small Business Administration was designed to recognize her for her efforts as a Kansas City business executive and advocate for women in business.
