BOTTOM LINE: The Carter Broadcasting Group's KPRS urban station leads the pack in the final Fall 2007 radio ratings as it has throughout 2007. KQRC slipped into the second spot replacing KMBZ, which moved into third. KCMO dropped from fifth to eighth in the latest book. In sports talk, Union Broadcasting's WHB-810 saw its ratings continue to trend downward and the station slipped from the 10th spot to 14 in the market. Rival KCSP remained in 20th. The winner of the battle for Christmas music listeners was Star 102, which jumped from 15th to the seventh spot. In addition, 99.7 KY was recently revamped to try and boost its ratings, which was 17th in the market. 01-22-2008
