MAYOR PLANNING ON BEING ON STIGALL SHOW?
     The latest "Notes from Funk's Front Porch" memo from KCMO Mayor Mark Funkhouser has a listing (above) that makes it seem as if he is planning on appearing on "The Morning Show With Chris Stigall" on Friday despite the fact that that listeners have voted overwhelmingly to NOT have him do his weekly segment.
     The tally on the KCMO Web
site currently has listeners voting 73%-23% to repeal having Funkhouser do his normal Friday segment in the future. 
      The tiff between Stigall and the Mayor arose two weeks ago after Funkhouser joined the KCMO city council in voting to chastise Arizona for its controversial new immigration policy (
