A letter to the editor in the April issue of "435 South" magazine by Maura Rogers of Overland Park criticizes the publication for its cover shot of professional model Halle. "I do not agree that is what a fit, healthy woman should look like," says Rogers. "Women and girls today are starving themselves to fit into the media's classification of what's beautiful, which is sadly associated with being thin. Tsk. Tsk." Halle is a professional model and college high jumper who works out of the Hoffman Agency. She was photographed by Gary Rohman.
