Love him or hate him, but Matt Drudge---the guy with the old newspaper fedora and his "Drudge Report" site---was seen by 11 billion people in 2012, according to a chart posted on his famous site today.
Drudge's site was seen 11,103,636,815 times in 2012, which was the highest in its 18-year history. Last year he finished at 10,096,405,399.

The Drudge Report is essentially a news aggregate, a collection point for news gleaned from a variety of sources for the benefit of would-be viewers. Little, if any, original content is generated by this site. So lose the fedora, Matt – you haven’t earned it like the real reporters of the 20s, 30s, 40s, and 50s did.
